The Heini-Klopfer-Skijump

Due to the second Ski-jump-world-championship in 1973 in Oberstdorf the jump was redesigned.  In the year 1981, 1988 and 1998 following Ski-jump-world-championships took place. Roar Ljökelsöy from Norway established the jump record of 223 meters in 2004.

The jump can be visit all-the-year. There is a chairlift access from the valley to the jump-off platform. To proceed you take an inclined elevator up to the observation deck. Here you have a wonderful view at the Freibergsee and the surrounding Stillachtal.
